Low Carb and Keto Menu

These dinners contain either no carbs or low carbs. We use Primal Kitchen’s Dressings, Vinegars and Sauces for our meals!

Chicken Breast skewered with Red and Yellow Peppers, Onions, and Tomatoes in a Fajita Glaze. Served with Cauliflower Rice and Broccoli.


Pork Medallions seasoned with Fresh Rosemary and Balsamic Vinegar. Served with Asparagus.


Parm Crusted Fluke with Tartar Sauce. Served   with Brussel Sprouts.


Grilled Littleneck Clams with Basil and Lime in a Buttery Clam Juice Broth.  Served with Asparagus.
