Low Carb and Keto Menu

These dinners contain either no carbs or low carbs. We use Primal Kitchen’s Dressings, Vinegars and Sauces for our meals!

Pan Roasted Shrimp in a Citrus Mango Sauce.  Served with a Roasted Brussel Sprouts.


Baked Chicken Breast topped with a Parmesan Cheese Crust.  Served with Mashed Cauliflower and String Beans.


Keto Mussels in a White Wine, Shallot and Mustard Sauce.


Broiled Red Snapper topped with Crabmeat in a Lemon Butter Sauce. Served with Broccoli.


Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Eggplant, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers and Red Onions stacked in a Torte.
