These dinners contain either no carbs or low carbs. We use Primal Kitchen’s Dressings, Vinegars and Sauces for our meals!

Grilled Blackened Shrimp served with a Blue Cheese Sauce.  Served with Sautéed Veggies.


Baked Chicken Breast topped with a Parmesan Cheese Crust.  Served with Mashed Cauliflower and String Beans.


Grilled Diver Scallops topped with Lime Cilantro Glaze.  Served with Brussels Sprouts.


Jumbo Meatball atop a Bed of Ricotta and Marinara Sauce. Served with Peas.


Seared Ahi Tuna topped with a Dijon Citrus Glaze.  Served with Sautéed Veggies.


Broiled Flounder coated with Parmesan Cheese topped with a Lemon Butter Sauce. Served with Asparagus.
