Low Carb and Keto Menu

These dinners contain either no carbs or low carbs. We use Primal Kitchen’s Dressings, Vinegars and Sauces for our meals!

Broiled Salmon topped with a Lemon Dill Sauce.  Served with Sauteed Veggies.


Orange Peppers Stuffed with Cranberry Chicken Salad. Served with Asparagus.


Grilled Chicken Strips, Hard Boiled Egg, Bacon, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Crumbled Blue Cheese, on a bed of Bibb Lettuce. Served with Ranch Dressing.


Coconut Crusted Mango Chicken Served with Mashed Cauliflower and Sauteed Veggies.
